Our Unwind health supplement (formerly special B complex) is a blend of ingredients to support the bodies in stress using essential B-vitamins in an ideal ratio for the human body. This includes the six numbered B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, and B12). To provide an extra boost, our Unwind formula also contains Vitamin C and E, magnesium, calcium and potassium.

Unwind is formulated to include Avena sativa (oats) and lecithin granules.

Lecithin granules (from non-GM soy) contain a natural source of choline, inositol, phosphatidylserine and essential fatty acids such as linolenic and linoleic acid.

Due to legislation, we cannot outline the specific functions of some ingredients, however we encourage customers to responsibly use the wealth of information online to find their uses.

WHAT IS VITAMIN B?

The B vitamins are a family of water-soluble nutrients that play an important role in almost every biochemical process that occurs in the body. B vitamins cannot be stored by the body, which is why it is important that they are a standard part of the diet in order to avoid deficiency. It is also important to monitor your B vitamin intake if you follow a diet that does not include meat or fish as some B vitamins, such as B12, are found predominantly in meat and fish.
