We created Vibes, a 7-day sachet supplement, to try and better balance those pesky hormones so you can go on living your best life. What is Vibes for?

Vibes is meant to help when you’re not feeling your best self on your period, whether that’s wanting to shut the world out, burn it down or drown it in tears. Amongst lots of other great stuff it’s packed with B6 which contributes to normal psychological function (hands up anyone?) as well as the regulation of hormonal activity. Will Vibes instantly make me feel emotionally stable?

…no! Can you imagine how hard we’d be flexing if we’d made a pill that could do that. We’re working with the natural processes of your wonderous (and may we say fierce) body, so it’s going to be a journey. But we do hope that Vibes helps improve things on that journey.

What does ‘7-day sachet’ mean?

Inside each carton of Vibes are seven sachets. Each sachet contains the same five supplements. You take one sachet (all of its contents) per day, usually from the first day of your period (but if you find starting earlier works better for you then go for it).

Why sachets, why not just make a multivitamin?

A sachet allows us to combine several products, giving you a wider range of vitamins, minerals and plant-based nutrients than would be possible with an ordinary multivitamin, whilst still having the convenience of knowing what to take and when.

Do I need to take all five capsules in the sachet at once?

This is entirely up to you. You can space them out if you find this is more comfortable for you, or neck them all in an instant if you want to show off your capsule-swallowing game. 

What if I have trouble swallowing vitamins?

The good news is that four of the five supplements in each sachet are capsules. This means you could open them up and pour out the powder into a yogurt or smoothie and get all the same benefits with none of the drama. And if you do go for a smoothie, just pop the fish oil softgel in there whole – the blender with make short work of the softgel and unless you have a superhuman palate you won’t notice it in there.

Is Vibes suitable for vegans or vegetarians?

Unfortunately, not currently, as each sachet contains one fish oil softgel. They are, however, suitable for pescatarians and we hope to one day make them suitable for all.

Are there any allergens in Vibes?

Of the 14 major allergens recognised in the UK, the only one present in Vibes is fish (found in the fish oil softgel).

Can I use Vibes if I’m using contraception or pain relief?

There are no contraindications for contraceptives or pain relief medication and the ingredients in Vibes. If, however, you’re concerned then you can always check with your GP or pharmacist.

Can I combine Vibes with other Soov products?

Yes! Vibes was designed to help with a particular period symptom, but we recommend pairing this with Flow as your daily to take throughout the month to help keep this balanced. And of course, if you have other symptoms on your period, you can mix and match with our other Soov sachets. If you’re worried it’s all a bit too much, you can contact us and we’ll help guide you.
